Calorie Tracking and Weigh ins

Starting Monday weigh-ins begin for this cowboy. Been tracking my calories in and out the last couple of days. it is very enlightening to see what you are putting in your body and how amny calories are in them. Things you would think are not many calories (mcdonalds cheesburger - 345!) have a lot and other things you would think have a ton of calories (Reese’s Peanut butter cups) aren’t so bad….neither are recommended…..

No Weigh in!

Epic fail on the weigh-a-day plan. Totally forgot this morning and by the time I got back from my run this morning I thought it would skew the results. Start tomorrow. The good news is that I did run this morning and had a good food day yesterday. 5k in 33minutes with no walking breaks.
