Starting Monday weigh-ins begin for this cowboy. Been tracking my calories in and out the last couple of days. it is very enlightening to see what you are putting in your body and how amny calories are in them. Things you would think are not many calories (mcdonalds cheesburger - 345!) have a lot and other things you would think have a ton of calories (Reese’s Peanut butter cups) aren’t so bad….neither are recommended…..
